Konnov & Sozanovsky represented interests of Soremartec S.A. (Ferrero Group), a world-known producer of goods, registered under «Raffaello» TM in the case of violation of the client’s rights by «Elit» Ltd, a Lutsk based company. The latter launched the manufacture of the ice cream «Rafael», which in its name and packing design imitated the client’s production. As a result of prejudicial actions, undertaken by Konnov & Sozanovsky, «Elit» company voluntarily changed the design of packing and the name of the production as well. 

On behalf of Konnov & Sozanovsky the client’s interests represented Julia Semeniy, senior associate and the head of the intellectual property department.
