Konnov & Sozanovsky represented Ruslana Lyzhychko, a famous singer and a well-known public figure.

The firm asserted Mrs. Lyzhychko’s right to have certain trademarks registered by petitioning the Chamber of Appeals of the State Department of Intellectual Property.  As a result of the petition, the Chamber of Appeals granted a decision in favour of registering of three trademarks and the judgments on denial to have the trademarks registered rendered by the Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property recalled.
